January 23, 2010 – WIN Organizing Training 101 with the Labor Network
Labor Network and PDS hosted an all Saturday long Organizing 101 Training offering Effective and Efficient Organizing Training for all levels. 3 Female Experts in the field will gave presentations, role play exercises and answered questions about Member Mobilization, Online Technologies, and Grassroots Organizing. 

March 4, 2010 – "How to Negotiate a Raise and Get That Promotion" with the Mid-Level Professionals Network
The Mid-Level Professionals Network and PDS hosted a lunch hour webinar on “How to Negotiate a Raise and Get that Promotion.” Traci Siegel, WIN AC Member and Senior Vice President at GMMB, and Alyssa Best, a career consultant and Senior DC Program Associate at Wider Opportunities for Women, provided tips on how to negotiate and advocate for yourself!
